Business visa

Application for Multiple & single Business visa

The Requirements for visa are as follows:

1. Original Passport valid not less than six months

2. Application form duly completed

3. One passport photo size

4. Invitation letter from the company in Moz, plus registration documents ALVARA, tax clearance (IVA), INSS & Copy of BI DIRE or Passport, Moz ID copy of the person who will sign the invitation letter, visa fees R2500(multiple) and R2000 (single).

5. Confirmation of Employment in RSA.

6. Payment can be done by bank card or cash deposit at Nedbank, Name Mozambique Consulate General Account n˚1958565113 (Rosebank Branch)

7. Application time from 8H AM to 12H PM and collection time within 2 to 3 weeks, Monday to Friday.

Applicants are informed that once the application it’s been processed there are no refunds for visa payments.

All the documents must be certified by notary and Foreign Affairs in Mozambique.

Visitors visa

Application for Visitors Visa
The Requirements for visa are as follows:

1. Original Passport valid not less than six months

2. Application form duly completed

3. One passport photo size

4. Letter invitation from the relatives in Mozambique, copy of Mozambican ID”B.I” / DIRE or Passport, ID alongside with proof of residence (Recent Utility receipts of water/electricity in Mozambique )
(All copies should be stamped by the Commissioner of Oaths in Maputo

5. Payment to be made by Debit/Credit card, or cash deposit at Nedbank ACC:1958565113 (Rosebank Branch) as no cash is received visa fee R1000 for single entry & multiplo entry visa fee R1500.

6 Application time from 8am to 12 O’clock and collection time between 3 and 4pm, Monday to Friday

NB: APPLICANTS ARE INFORMED THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VISA PAYMENTS.

Work visa

REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK VISA

Original Passport, valid for not less than six months and minimum of 6 clean pages;

Health Certificate of Applicant;

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma;

Police Clearance of the Country of origin of applicant, or of the Country of residence for the last two years;

Work Permit or Work Contract (with the Company established in Mozambique) plus the Registration documents of established Company Ex:- (Boletim da República, Alvará +IVA or Alvará + Certificado de Quitação INSS…);

Submission of an application (forms available at our Offices);

Application letter from applicant’s Company (Letter requesting work visa etc…);

Work permission of the Ministry of Labour in Mozambique (Compulsory on application);

The visa fee is R 5000,00 payable via Bank deposit at our account no. 1958565113 at Nedbank – (Rosebank Branch) or via credit or debit cards at our offices, as NO CASH is accepted.

Before applying all documents need to be stamped/certified by a Commissioner of Oath/Notary and by the Foreign Affairs department in Maputo.

Turism

Application for Tourism visa

The Requirements for visa are as follows:

1 Original Passport valid not less than six months

2 Application form duly completed

3 One passport photo size

4 Hotel confirmation for Tourism with a proof of payment in moz. And proof of r RSA residence

5 Bank statement 3 months with a balance of R20.000

6 Letter invitation from the relatives in Moz, copy of Moz. ID or Passport copy and proof of residence(reciet of water ou electricity)
Employment letter from company in S.A(the documents must be certfy by notary in Maputo)

7 Payment by bank card or cash deposit at Nedbank ACC:1958565113 (Rosebank Branch) as no cash is received visa fee R1000

8 Application time from 8am to 12 o’clock and collection time between 3 and 4pm, Monday to Friday
